2. Definitions

• BharatNeeds: The BharatNeeds website, applications, marketplace and associated services.
• Customer: A person using BharatNeeds to request, purchase or book products or services.
• Partner: An independent service provider, vendor, delivery partner or other participating business.
• Service Provider: A person or business providing services through BharatNeeds.
• Vendor: A business or seller offering products through BharatNeeds.
• Order: An order for products placed through BharatNeeds.
• Booking: A request for a service submitted through BharatNeeds.

3. Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating or using a BharatNeeds account and must use the platform in accordance with applicable laws.

Where a product or service has additional age, identity, licensing or legal requirements, those requirements apply.

4. Customer Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account.

You should notify BharatNeeds promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

5. Marketplace Role

BharatNeeds may act as a technology and marketplace platform connecting customers with participating Partners.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, BharatNeeds does not itself perform every service listed on the platform and may not own every product offered by third-party vendors.

Partner availability, pricing, service areas, delivery times and product availability may change.

6. Service Bookings

6.1 Provider Acceptance

A service request may remain pending until an eligible Service Provider accepts it.

6.2 Service Scope

Customers should accurately communicate the required work and service location. Additional work, materials or charges should be communicated and, where applicable, approved before being undertaken.

6.3 Provider Arrival

Customers are expected to provide reasonable access to the service location. Arrival times may be affected by traffic, weather, emergencies and other circumstances.

7. Grocery & Product Orders

BharatNeeds may allow customers to purchase groceries and other products from participating vendors, stores, fulfilment locations or BharatNeeds-operated inventory.

Product availability, prices, quantities and estimated delivery times may change based on inventory and operational conditions.

7.1 Product Information

Product names, images, descriptions and packaging may occasionally differ from displayed information while the essential product remains the same.

7.2 Substitutions

Where substitutions are supported, unavailable products may be replaced according to the applicable order settings or customer approval process.

7.3 Perishable Products

Customers should inspect perishable products promptly after delivery and report eligible issues through BharatNeeds support.

8. Pricing & Payments

The applicable price and charges will generally be displayed before confirmation of an order or booking. Taxes, delivery charges, service charges or other applicable charges may apply.

BharatNeeds may use third-party payment gateways and payment service providers.

9. Cancellation

Customers may cancel eligible bookings or orders according to the applicable cancellation conditions. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the stage of fulfilment and costs already incurred.

10. Refunds, Returns & Replacements

Refunds, returns, replacements and service corrections are governed by the BharatNeeds Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy.

11. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information.
• Use BharatNeeds only for lawful purposes.
• Treat Partners and BharatNeeds staff respectfully.
• Provide reasonable access for booked services.
• Make required payments.
• Not misuse offers, credits or referral programmes.
• Not submit intentionally false complaints.
• Not interfere with platform security or operation.

12. Prohibited Activities

• Unlawful activity.
• Fraudulent transactions or refund claims.
• Impersonation.
• Unauthorized access.
• Malicious software or harmful code.
• Unauthorized scraping or extraction of platform data.
• Harassment, threats or abuse.
• Manipulation of ratings or reviews.

13. Partner Businesses

Service Providers, vendors and other Partners may operate as independent businesses unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Partners may be required to complete KYC, verification, training, documentation and platform compliance requirements.

14. Delivery

Delivery times are generally estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Traffic, weather, demand, inventory, address accuracy and other circumstances may affect delivery.

15. Ratings, Reviews & Feedback

Reviews should be genuine, relevant and based on the user’s actual experience. BharatNeeds may remove content that violates applicable law or platform rules.

16. Intellectual Property

BharatNeeds and its licensors may own or control its branding, logos, software, designs, text, graphics and other platform content. Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited except where permitted by law.

17. Platform Availability

BharatNeeds aims to maintain a reliable platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, upgrades, technical issues or circumstances outside reasonable control may affect availability.

18. Third-Party Services

BharatNeeds may use third-party services including payment gateways, maps, communication services, hosting providers and other technology providers. Their own terms may also apply.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BharatNeeds will not be responsible for losses arising solely from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including acts or omissions of independent Partners, third-party failures, network failures or inaccurate information supplied by users.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

20. Account Suspension

BharatNeeds may suspend, restrict or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, abuse, security concerns, violation of these Terms, non-payment, legal requirements or other legitimate platform reasons.

21. Privacy

Your use of BharatNeeds is also subject to the BharatNeeds Privacy Policy.

22. Changes to These Terms

BharatNeeds may update these Terms to reflect changes to the platform, business operations, technology or applicable legal requirements. Updated Terms will be published with a revised effective date.

23. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in India. Subject to applicable law and mandatory statutory rights, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts having jurisdiction over the matter.

24. Severability

If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Partner Terms, Grocery Policy and other applicable terms referenced by BharatNeeds, govern your use of the relevant BharatNeeds services.
